Where's My Order?
Our website contains inventory availability for each item,
so you can only order items that are in stock. Occasionally, an item that says
it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, we will contact you
and let you know. At that time, you can cancel the order or substitute another
item.
Our system is set up so that most orders ship within 24
hours of purchase. We do not ship on
Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please note that some of the items on our site
are shipped directly from the vendor and may take an additional 3-5 business
days to ship. Please read each item
description carefully for information regarding shipping times.
U.S. Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via UPS to US addresses (with the exception of
military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes which are sent via United States Postal
Service). Our system is set up so that most orders ship within 24 hours of
purchase. We do not ship on Saturdays,
Sundays or Holidays. Please note that
some of the items on our site are shipped directly from the vendor and may take
an additional 3-5 business days to ship.

shipping times.
Shipping charges are calculated based on item size, weight
and value. The available shipping methods and rates are:
UPS Ground (3-5 business days): Starting at $7
UPS 2 Day (2-3 business days): Starting at $15
UPS Overnight (1-2 business days): Starting at $30
These base charges apply to items weighing less than 2
pounds and with a value of less than $100. We add $1 for every $100 of value
over the $100 threshold as well as additional charges based on weight.

International Orders
Orders from international addresses (Europe,
Canada
and Australia)
must be paid through Western Union, Personal
Check/Money Order* or American Express.
Customers in Canada
and the UK
may also use PayPal as the payment method.
Please call or e-mail us to place an international order.
Shipping to most European destinations is done through UPS
and begins at $50. Shipping to Canada starts
at $25.
Shipping may be more depending on package weight and value
and all packages must be insured.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that are incurred.
Tracking Your Order
Distant Replays will email tracking information (for items
shipped from our warehouse) to the email address you provide at checkout. The
email will be generated by the UPS Quantum View system, and will have "Quantum
View" in the "from" field (it will NOT say Distant Replays). The
email will usually be sent within 48 hours of the time your order is placed. If
you have not received an email within 48 hours, you may request for your
tracking number to be sent by contacting us at
customerservice@distantreplays.com. Requests will be handled as quickly as
possible (usually within one business day). Some items are shipped directly
from the manufacturer and we regret that we cannot provide tracking for those
items.
Signature
Requirements
Distant Replays requires UPS to obtain a signature on all
deliveries of $100 or more. There are no exceptions.
If your order totals less than $100, UPS will leave the
package at your address. If your order totals less than $100 and you would like
for your package to require a signature, please call us toll-free at
1-888-241-8807 to place you order and request a signature requirement.
If your order totals $100 or more, and no one is available
to sign for the package, it is UPS policy to leave a delivery attempt notice
with instructions on how to reschedule, redirect, or pick up your package if
you so desire. If you do not respond to this notice, UPS will still make two
more delivery attempts. If no one has been present to sign for the package
after three attempts, the package will be sent back to us. If we have to
re-ship a package that comes back to us because it was not signed for, you will
be charged again for shipping.
Sale Items and Clearance Items
Sale Items are items with temporarily marked down
prices. They are eligible for our
regular Return/Exchange Policies (see below).
Clearance Items are permanently marked down and their price
will end in ".99". All Clearance items
purchased from our website are FINAL SALES and MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED
FOR ANY REASON. If you purchase any item at the Clearance price, you agree to
these terms. Clearance Items that are
sent back to us for return/exchange will be sent back to the customer at their
expense.
Returns/Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange any new, unused items, you
may do so within 30 days of receiving your order:
-Read our Return/Exchange Policies below.
-Complete the Return/Exchange Form (if it was not included
in your order, you can download a copy here and include it with your return).

-If a receipt or packing slip was included with your order,
make a copy and include it with your return.

We strongly recommend
shipping your package insured via traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or
Priority Mail.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing of your Return or
Exchange.
Packages received after the 30 Day exchange period will be
eligible for store credit only. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted
from the store credit issued on merchandise returned after 45 days.
If we do not have the item you wish to exchange your
merchandise for, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail.
Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted on Customized,
Special Order or Clearance Merchandise (prices ending in ".99"). These types of
items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Returns are credited back to the original card used for the
order. If an amount is due for an exchange (such as shipping or a difference in
price) it will be charged to the original card used unless otherwise specified.
If the original order was placed through our shop on Amazon,
a credit card number, check or money order for any amount due on an exchange
will be needed.
If you have any other questions regarding a return or

returns@distantreplays.com along with your name and other details relating to
your order.
If we sent an incorrect item (different than what you
ordered) or if you received a damaged item, please call us toll free
1-888-241-8807 to arrange for a call tag to pick up your package. Unfortunately
we cannot refund return shipping costs otherwise.

Credit Cards:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express credit cards
Money Orders:
We do accept money orders, however we cannot hold
merchandise while your money order is in transit. Along with your money order,
please enclose a detailed note including your name, address, phone number and
item(s) - size, color, etc. you wish to order as well as the method of shipping
you prefer.

Send it using a method that can be traced (such as FedEx,
Certified or Priority Mail or UPS) as we cannot be responsible for money orders
that do not arrive. If the item(s) you wanted are out of stock when your money
order arrives, we will contact you to discuss further options.
